Marylin Rodman Performing Arts Center(MRPAC), situated in the heart of Uptown Foxboro, boasts a nearly century-old tradition of providing high-quality arts programming to our community. They are currently hosting 125 shows annually and welcoming 18,000 patrons through their doors each year.
We are big supporters of the arts and are thrilled that we are being given an opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes tour of the theatre. Dianne will be providing light snacks and you can buy soft drinks, beer, and wine at the theatre.
Although this is a FREE event we need to know how many people are coming. This event is for Mayfair residents only and we need you to kindly call the office to sign up no later than May 1st.
I have been living at Hillcrest Village for almost 3 years. With friends living in properties other than Mayfair, I have realized how fortunate I am to live at this property. It seems there are never-ending complaints from my friends concerning their apartments at other properties. Yes, like everything else nothing is perfect. The difference is that when there is a problem at Mayfair, it is taken care of in a very courteous and timely manner. The maintenance personnel are just amazing and very trustworthy. The office personnel have always been there compassionately to answer any questions or problems that arise. The owners participate with the renters during various events making it feel like a community, not just a place to rent.
D. KlineThe maintenance staff is the BEST! They are fast, friendly, and get everything done when we ask. I love living at Putnam Village West apartments!
A. PierceI have had yet another happy year at Putnam Village. The activities are fun, my apartment is cozy, the services are great, and I certainly appreciate my new parking space. My 85 year old feet say "thank you" each day!
Louise C.We loved our apartment at first sight 29 years ago! It is nestled high in the trees where we enjoyed every season, especially fall. Over the years we were treated to glamourous pool-side parties, soft new carpets, and a brand new kitchen! More importantly, it became "home", where we felt cared for. We do look forward to living closer to our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren! There will be many days when our tranquil life will be sorely missed.
